Pool Rental
As a Sparkman Member one of the many benefits include being able to rent the poolside cabanas. You must fill out the form and all applicable fees must be received before the rental is considered valid.
Please complete the request a quote form. Currently Pool Parties are only available during regular summer season when lifeguard is on duty.
The request will then be reviewed in relation to the pool calendar of events and lifeguard availability and the Member will be notified if their event is approved by the Pool & Personnel Manager.
There is only one party per time slot and is on a first come first serve basis. The only area that can be reserved is the canopy in the northeast corner and east of the baby pool. You and your guests are required to abide by the Sparkman Swimming Pool Rules at all times. Please be aware of the rules and inform your guests as well.
Club Rental
The Clubhouse is used for regularly scheduled member events. Members can rent the Clubhouse for family and social gatherings if it is available. Use the member calendar to check potential availability. Complete the request a quote form by clicking the button below.
Rental rates:
Starting at $200 per weekday night or $300 for a weekend (Friday, Saturday) for current Sparkman members to host up to 100 people. A refundable security deposit of $350 and a $150 cleaning fee is required for every rental.
